About the Embroidery:  Every artwork is handmade design a has 25,000-30,000 stitches, nearly 2-3 hours to stitch out.

You will receive an artwork proof via email for you to approve or request revisions.

You are allowed 1 free revision so please make sure you choose a straight facing photo with very good lighting. We only go off of 1 picture so please only upload the best one! If you upload more than 1 then the team will choose the best one. 

If you need 2+ revisions it is a fee and if you want to start over with a new picture it is a $35 fee due to the amount of work that goes into the artwork. 

if you decided to cancel the order after we send you the proof we will charge $35 for the artwork

Once approved, We will send to production team to stitch out.
