We ship across Canada & USA
Do we accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of the products, we don't accept returns.
However, if you have any problems with your item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. If there is an issue with the item, we will gladly help you out.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing time is anywhere between 5-7 business days dependant on the volume of orders.
Once order is place it will take 3-4 business days to send you a proof for your approval. Nothing is printing without an approval for the customer.
Once shipped, it can take anywhere between 1 to 10 days within Canada.
What photos do I need to send you?
Please send clear, front facing, up close photos with good lighting to get the best result.
Can I upload multiple photos to my order?
Yes, you can upload multiple photos and we will chose the best one
please note that We are happy to make revision to the artwork of the photo upload, if you wish to replace the photo uploaded by an entirely new photo, there will be a charge for the new artwork.
How many pets can you add to a product?
We can add up to 4 pets on a t-shirt and sweatshirt. If more than (2) two pets, the images will be centered
What if I don't want to add a pet's name?
No problem. You can choose not to add your pet's name under its image. Just write "no name" in the name box.
How do I care for my items?
For clothing, we suggest to wash inside out with cold water and then tumble dry at low temperature or lie flat to dry. Never iron directly on the design.
Mugs & dishware are dishwater safe. However, we suggest hand washing to ensure the design lasting.
Totes are machine washable. Wash on cold setting and hand to dry. Do not bleach and do not iron directly on the design.
What size should I get?
Our sweatshirts and t-shirts are unisex and fit true to size.
What is the material of your apparel?
Sweatshirts are 50% cotton / 50% polyester
T-shirts are 50% polyester / 25% cotton / 25% rayon
Totes are 100% cotton canvas
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Because your product is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept return and exchanges unless the items was never received or arrived damaged.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow cancellations, for any reason, within 12 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation that occurs after 12 hours will NOT be accepted.
