3. You’ll receive a digital proof for approval.
4. Once approved, your ornament is carefully embroidered and finished.

Please note: The $40 price applies only to an additional ornament using the exact same approved pet portrait/design. A different pet or a new portrait requires a new custom design.

PHOTO & PROOF POLICY

Your custom portrait is created using the original photo submitted with your order.

• 1 proof and 1 revision based on the same original photo are included.
• Minor adjustments can be requested during the included revision.
• If you decide to change to a different photo after your proof has been created, a $35 CAD new photo/design fee will apply.
• Once the proof is approved, the design is considered final and production will begin.

PHOTO TIP: Please choose your photo carefully before placing your order. For the best embroidery result, upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and unique features are easy to see.
