About the Embroidery:  Patch 4x4 inches with 25,000-30,000 stitches, nearly 2-3 hours to stitch out.

Upload the photo of your pet and we will create a unique patch that you can display in your favourite jacket, sweater , tote back , etc

You will receive an artwork proof via email for you to approve or request revisions. 

You are allowed 1 free revision so please make sure you choose a straight facing photo with very good lighting. We only go off of 1 picture so please only upload the best one! If you upload more than 1 then the team will choose the best one. 

If you need 2+ revisions it is a fee and if you want to start over with a new picture it is a $35 fee due to the amount of work that goes into the artwork. 

if you decided to cancel the order after we send you the proof we will charge $35 for the artwork.

Once approved, We will send to production team to stitch out.

please note that in embroidery colors are referential  with the proof send it 

Iron on

Very easy to iron on , instructions included
Please follow instructions carefully to ensure correct application:
1. Preheat your iron (high heat is necessary to ensure that the patch will adhere to the fabric).
2. Place the patch with the sticky side down onto the garment. Make sure it is exactly where you want it to be. Cover it with a tea towel.
3. Place the iron onto the design and press firmly. Move the iron around for at least 30 seconds on interval for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the tea towel and check the patch around the edges. If there are still parts that did not adhere to the fabric, repeat the steps above.
5. In order for the patch to better withstand wear and tear, you might want to stitch it around the edges.

We are happy to make revisions to your artwork of the photo you submitted. You are allowed 1 free revision. If you wish to use an entirely new photo, there will be a $25 charge for the artwork.
