  1. Add the photo of your pet directly to your order or email it to us at admin@abicoshops.com.
  2. We create your embroidered portrait and send you a preview for approval.
  3. Once approved, your custom hoodie is embroidered and shipped with love

🎨 Name Colour Options

You can choose the colour of your pet’s name:

gold, red, black or white.

📌 IMPORTANT — Photo Change Fee

Because each portrait is manually designed and digitized, any photo change after we start the digitalization requires a $35 fee.

This covers the additional redesign time needed to restart the portrait.

Ordering Process

Ordering Process:

1st, select size, color and # Pets

2nd, upload the best photo of your pet, close to face, clear and good quality

3rd, add name of your pet(s)

4th, add the item to your card and securely checkout

Finally, We will start working on your artwork, and once complete, We will send via email for your approval or revisions. Once approved, We will stitch out and finally send to post office for shipping.

Proofs and Shipping

Proofs and Shipping

-Proofs: You will receive an artwork proof via email for you to approve or request revisions before stitch out.
Once approved, We will send to production.

- Photo revisions: We are happy to make revisions to your artwork of the photo you submitted. You are allowed 1 free revision. If you wish to use an entirely new photo, there will be a $25 charge for the artwork.

-Shipping: Canada Post and USPS shipping rates are available at checkout

-Time: 5-7 business days after your approval until we send it to post office for delivery

-Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
-Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
-No fabric softeners
-Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life
-Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
-Do not iron decoration
-Do not dry clean
