📦 How It Works

1. Upload at least 1 clear photo of your pet (you can upload up to 4).
2. We create your custom embroidered portrait and send you a proof for approval.
3. Once approved, your hoodie is embroidered with your pet’s portrait, name and birth year, then prepared for shipping.

📌 IMPORTANT — Photo Change Fee

Please choose your pet photo carefully before placing your order.

Once we begin creating and digitizing your custom portrait, changing to a different photo requires a $35 redesign and digitization fee.

This fee covers the additional work required to create a new portrait from the replacement photo.
