  1. Upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet with good lighting.
  2. We’ll email you a digital embroidery proof for your approval.
  3. You’re entitled to 1 free revision to make sure it’s perfect.
  4. Once approved, your custom sweatshirt goes into production!

 📝 Important Details:

  • Please upload only ONE high-quality photo. If you submit multiple, our team will choose the best.
  • Need more than one revision or want to start over with a new photo? A $35 redesign fee applies.
  • Cancelling after proof approval also incurs a $35 fee due to the custom artwork involved.
  • Your pet portrait is hand-stitched with love — please allow for standard processing times.

📦 Shipping & Returns:

  • All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or is not delivered.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Ordering Process

Ordering Process:

1st, select size, colour and # Pets

2nd, upload the best photo of your pet, close to face, clear and good quality

3rd, add name of your pet(s)

4th, add the item to your card and securely checkout

Finally, We will start working on your artwork, and once complete, We will send via email for your approval or revisions. Once approved, We will stitch out and finally send to post office for shipping.

Proofs and Shipping

Proofs and Shipping

-Proofs: You will receive an artwork proof via email for you to approve or request revisions before stitch out.
Once approved, We will send to production.

- Photo revisions: We are happy to make revisions to your artwork of the photo you submitted. You are allowed 1 free revision. If you wish to use an entirely new photo, there will be a $25 charge for the artwork.

-Shipping: Canada Post and USPS shipping rates are available at checkout
Abicoshops is not responsible for delays in shipment but will gladly contact the shipping company on your behalf, so let us know if you experience any issues.

-Time: 5-7 business days after your approval until we send it to post office for delivery
