- Upload one clear, front-facing photo of your pet with good lighting
- You’ll receive an artwork proof by email for approval
- 1 free revision included
- Once approved, we begin embroidery
⚠️ Upload only one photo. If multiple are uploaded, our team will choose the best.
🔁 Additional revisions or new image: $35 redesign fee
❌ Cancel after proof approval: $35 fee
📷 Change of photo after proof sent: $25 fee
📦 Shipping & Policies:
- Made to order – no returns/exchanges unless item is damaged or not received
- Cancellations only within 12 hours of placing your order

Ordering Process:
1st, select size, colour
2nd, upload the best photo of your pet, close to face, clear and good quality
3rd, add name of your pet(s)
4th, add the item to your card and securely checkout
Finally, We will start working on your artwork, and once complete, We will send via email for your approval or revisions. Once approved, We will stitch out and finally send to post office for shipping.

Proofs and Shipping
-Proofs: You will receive an artwork proof via email for you to approve or request revisions before stitch out.
Once approved, We will send to production.
- Photo revisions: We are happy to make revisions to your artwork of the photo you submitted. You are allowed 1 free revision. If you wish to use an entirely new photo, there will be a $25 charge for the artwork.
-Shipping: Canada Post and USPS shipping rates are available at checkout
-Time: 5-7 business days after your approval until we send it to post office for delivery
