- Upload your pet’s photo or email it to admin@abicoshops.com
- We create a custom embroidery-ready illustration
- You receive a mockup for approval
- Once approved, we embroider and ship your order
⏱ Please approve your mockup within 24 hours
📸 PHOTO GUIDELINES
- clear, high-quality photo (face preferred)
- Good lighting = best result
- One pet per design
⚠️ Only minor edits after digitalization begins
🔁 Photo change after design start: $35 CAD fee
🧵 EMBROIDERY DETAILS
- Slight machine markings may appear
- Color may slightly vary from mockup
- Loose threads may be present (safe to trim)
🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Hand wash recommended
- Cold water + gentle cycle if machine wash
- Turn inside out
- Air dry only
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on embroidery

Ordering Process:
1st, select size, colour and # Pets
2nd, upload the best photo of your pet, close to face, clear and good quality
3rd, add name of your pet(s)
4th, add the item to your card and securely checkout
Finally, We will start working on your artwork, and once complete, We will send via email for your approval or revisions. Once approved, We will stitch out and finally send to post office for shipping.

Proofs and Shipping
-Proofs: You will receive an artwork proof via email for you to approve or request revisions before stitch out.
Once approved, We will send to production.
- Photo revisions: We are happy to make revisions to your artwork of the photo you submitted. You are allowed 1 free revision. If you wish to use an entirely new photo, there will be a $25 charge for the artwork.
-Shipping: Canada Post and USPS shipping rates are available at checkout
-Time: 5-7 business days after your approval until we send it to post office for delivery

-Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
-Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
-No fabric softeners
-Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life
-Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
-Do not iron decoration
