HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your colour, size and number of pets.
2. Upload a clear, high-quality photo showing each pet’s face close up.
3. Enter your pet’s name or your pets’ names.
4. Add the T-shirt to your cart and complete checkout.

ARTWORK PROOF AND PERSONALIZATION
We’ll email you a digital artwork proof for approval before printing. One revision to the portrait created from your submitted photo is included. Replacing that photo with a new one incurs a $25 CAD artwork fee.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Allow 5–7 business days after artwork approval for production and handoff to the carrier. Delivery time is additional. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, where Canada Post and USPS rates are available.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry to help preserve the print.
• Use a cool iron inside out if needed.
• Do not iron directly over the print.
• Do not dry clean.
